I'm running ubuntu Feisty Herd 5 on T60. Everything appears to work
fine, but I'm having a problem after I use sudo on the command line.
I'm able to run the command just fine and go about my business, but
after if I log out or use an application with gksudo/gksu, I don't get a
prompt to swipe my finger. What's interesting is, if I just press enter
at the password prompt, logging in/opening an application will fail
(which is excpected); but if I try again, I get the prompt to scan my
finger. I have confirmed that this isn't a fluke. This is how it works
every time after I use sudo on the command line.

You probably want to investigate by using the current version from SVN
and the 'debug' parameter of the PAM module. Have a look at README and
INSTALL for further information how to enable the debug option.

This will most likely give some more hints about what is going wrong.

Thanks,

Timo
