Hi, I'm an "end user" with a ThinkPad T60 with fingerprint reader.
I'd like to set it up with PAM so I can use a fingerprint swipe for
KDM, sudo, etc. I saw a link to this project on thinkwiki.org. It
looks like maybe I'm a little early here, but I thought I'd ask...

Thanks,
Aaron

Right now there's a nice utility library that works perfectly on my T60, and
a testing utility. I've written a very halfassed PAM module for my own
use,
but as I understand it the next big milestone is to write a BioAPI BSP using
this library.

I'm not an official developer, though, just a fellow user. =)

I agree.

I was a little scared when looking at the BioAPI stuff but it is
probably the right direction we should go.

Thanks,

Timo
