[Thinkfinger-devel] [BUG] INSTALL and README links on homepage

Dear developers,

The README and INSTALL files are nolonger in the SVN and have been
replaced by the template files README.in and INSTALL.in, but the
homepage still refers to the README and INSTALL files.
